This path of life has been a wild ride with lots of surprises…

I’ve worked all kinds of jobs in different industries since graduating High School in 2009. Along the way, I’ve always felt like burning my hours away doing something I only got good at because I had to wasn’t worth it anymore. Eventually I stumbled into photography and started doing some family sessions and portraits.

I had a friend from school reach out about shooting his wedding, not realizing covid was coming up. I was never really interested in weddings but said sure, why not! I really ended up being really surprised at how much I liked it. It was like combining the portraits and product photos I was used to mixed with a lot of different elements I thought made for a really fun and interesting challenge. Then 2 years ago when I started adding video, things really took off.

The next year I started second shooting and just kept loving it. I’ve been so lucky to get to work with so many great photographers and videographers to learn and experience so much. This business just snuck up on me and is always surprising me. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else.

From weddings to branding to portraits, I just really love everything I’m doing. I take this very seriously because I don’t know what else I would do. With all kinds of major life changes recently, I really appreciate everyone that’s been a part of this journey for me and I’m excited to welcome everyone else that chooses to work with me. I’m always happy to talk with you and see what I can do to help!
